The printable art and Instagram story cover are delivered in Jpeg format and compressed as a zip file. We recommend opening zip files using a laptop or computer. Some cell phone browsers allow you to also open the file. 

For Mac OS users, double-click to uncompress the zip file. For PC users, you will need a program like Winzip, Winrar, or similar to uncompress this file. You can also use a free online tool like www.ezyzip.com to unzip the file.
